McDonald's in Traunstein

You never get what you order. The service was bad, the staff let their mood on the customer.

Very fast and good food.

Tastes good, but is rather unhealthy. Sometimes you can't get out of 🙈

Very unfriendly staff. Burgers are only peppered in there. If you don't even manage to put the BigTasty in the paper bag, then just leave it out! The environment thanks! The HR manager should think twice. I am really disappointed.

The staff is very unfriendly, when I was paying a black-haired employee said: "Can't it go any faster" even though I was the only person in the store ... In addition, I still had to wait 9 minutes for my 8 shrimp and my coffee ... It was cold, however. Ps. And paper straws are dirt

The last time I was there, the floor was totally sticky and disgusting, the toilet seemed cleaned, but unfortunately the tap didn't work. Everything does not make a very clean impression. Tables were still full with the remains of the guests who had already left ... But didn't want to write a bad review straight away, although in times like these it doesn't work without hand washing. We went to the drive-in yesterday. Order acceptance unfriendly, waiting time, although only one car in front of us was extremely long. The lady at the desk was very nice and that's why there are still 2 points!

Unfriendly staff even work in the hospital, I know what corona is, had eaten a menu in the parking lot, then had to go to the toilet urgently, then down the hall thought ah only one direction at a time, an employee hissed at me how to go over the barrier which I didn't do but walked along the way in one tone. Because there was nothing else left in Traunstein. I'm just going to the American in the evening on my business visit to Traunstein. Food is of course standard but I have to point out that the fries were sensationally good. Unfortunately, my McRib was drowned in sauce. I like this sauce very much, but when the whole bun is drowned all around in sauce, it's just not a nice thing for the fingers.

There are 4 stars for the staff. 0 stars for the overall management in OOB. Anyone who places their dark Audi with XX MD 11XX in such a way that the vehicle is across from the offer card on the way to the DriveIn has probably not fully examined or internalized the concept of Ronald McDonald. That probably explains the permanent rotation of the staff. What a shame. Especially in these times.

Super nice property and is very well located near the cinema and Co. At the moment only Mc drive or take away food is possible but the restaurant makes a very neat impression. Toilets 🚽 were also clean and everything disinfected.

Every time something is missing today that is big tasty and with the price of a menu you should be able to ask that everything is right there and you don't have to check it every time.

No comparison to then! "Waitresses" hardly speak German, if you point out that the food they bring is not right, they bring the same thing again! The third time the same wrong food is put wordlessly and coldly on the table even though I ordered something completely different! In addition, it was already cold from the whole back and forth! That's not possible! Before you let such unfriendly brats loose on customers, they should at least have a little command of the German language! we won't come any more! Even one star is still too many. The bad reviews don't surprise me a bit! So the Mc Donalds in TS won't be around for very long and rightly so!

The interior was much more appealing before the renovation ... What is not acceptable is: the new straws leave a disgusting aftertaste on half of the drink and you can no longer dispose of napkins, straws, salt and pepper as you like! That is absolutely customer-friendly!

Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed. Almost every order seemed to be missing something, be it a straw, napkins or sauces. It wasn't really clean. The tables were sometimes not wiped. Sorry, but unfortunately that doesn't work in Corona times.

Unfortunately, the tables, the clearing cart are all full of used dishes, etc. I have been looking at my next table for over 30 minutes and think: "When will the guy finally take this stuff with him"? Because when my tray was delivered, he looked briefly, but left things there. Too bad the same picture every day ...

Nice place, clean, fast - and if not, you can sit down and your food got brought. Like this place - is like every other McDonalds too
